The legal framework for the purchase of products and services by EU Member States is constantly changing, including the regulation on public procurement which requires very careful preparation.

We support the bidders and contracting entities of any economic area through all phases of public procurement procedures thus especially during the procedures connected to building, supply and service contracts, licences, competitions or PPP projects.

Our activity covers the preparation of calls for tender and offers and extends to the award, subsequent audits and the contractual handling.

Our activity furthermore includes the avoidance and settlement of disputes but in case of necessity we represent our clients before the authorities and courts.
